On your approach to Holt, leave the A148 and turn left into the high street. Take the next left turn into New Street/Cley Road, opposite the King’s Head pub. Sarah’s is the Georgian grey building on the corner. The front door is on New Street/Cley Road, next door the pet shop Look out for Sarah’s - signed on the glass section of the blue door.

Whilst staying at Sarah's we kindly ask that there's ​NO SMOKING NO PETS AND NO PARTIES PLEASE 

We recommend that you are covered by appropriate travel insurance. If you cancel your booking, you will be eligible for a 50% refund up until 8 weeks prior to your arrival a 25% refund for cancellations 4 weeks prior to arrival and no refund for cancellations 2 weeks prior to arrival.  

If you decide to end your stay early, any nights not spent will not be refunded. 

Check in is from 3pm on the day of your arrival.
Check out is by 10am on the day of your departure (unless by special arrangement with Sarah).
